01

Terms of Service

The Terms of Service cover accounts, approved scope, client responsibilities, customer messaging, automation, LiftOff AI, Opportunity Finder, connected services, acceptable use, fees, ownership, availability, disclaimers, liability limits, termination, and disputes.

Read these terms before creating a paid account or enabling an automated workflow.

02

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains information collected through the website and workspace, account authentication, AI processing, images, web research, connected inboxes, public-source records, providers, cookies, retention, security, and privacy requests.

Clients must also give their own customers any notices required for the client's collection and use of information.

03

Free Pilot Terms

The Free Pilot Terms define the seven-day test, one-source scope, 25 LiftOff AI credits, human approval requirement, access and data safeguards, stopping rights, and the no-card, no-auto-conversion rule.

04

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains renewals, how to cancel, treatment of monthly and annual plans, billing errors, credit packs, and how refund requests are reviewed. LeadLift does not charge a separate setup fee.

05

Contact, support, and formal notices

The Contact page provides separate routes for pilot questions, account support, billing, privacy requests, security reports, and formal notices. It also explains what not to send by email and that LeadLift is not an emergency service.

06

Which document controls

A signed client agreement controls where it expressly differs from the general website terms. Accepted checkout details control the selected price, billing interval, discount, and renewal date. The applicable plan description controls current entitlements. These public policies fill gaps that are not addressed by a more specific accepted agreement.

Current Growth and Scale operations features are listed on the Plans page. Any feature separately marked preview, beta, future, or planned remains outside purchased entitlements until LeadLift confirms release.

07

How policy updates are handled

LeadLift reviews policy impact when releasing features that affect data collection, AI processing, connected services, communication, public-source research, authentication, payments, pricing, credits, or retention. The effective date on the affected document is updated when its terms change.

Automated release checks can identify missing topic coverage, but they do not replace human review. Material legal or privacy changes should be reviewed by an authorized adult and qualified counsel before being relied on.
