Eligibility and acceptance
A pilot begins only after LeadLift accepts the request, confirms a suitable workflow, and receives any required information or access. The person requesting the pilot must be authorized to act for the business and to provide the submitted information.
What the pilot includes
The pilot includes one business account, one agreed lead source, a simple lead queue or tracker, 25 one-time LiftOff AI credits, reply and follow-up preparation, human review controls, and an end-of-pilot recap. LeadLift and the participating business may narrow the workflow to keep the test useful and manageable.
What the pilot does not include
The pilot does not include paid-plan team access, connectors, digests, routing, approval workflows, API tokens, webhooks, custom dashboards, bulk import, unlimited integrations, custom software, automatic paid advertising, guaranteed opportunity research, unrestricted sending, unlimited AI usage, data migration, professional advice, or work outside the agreed test unless confirmed in writing.
Timing, cooperation, and access
The seven-day period starts when LeadLift confirms that setup is ready, not necessarily when the initial request is submitted. Delayed access, missing information, provider outages, or slow client feedback may pause or reduce what can be completed. Access should be limited to what is needed and revoked when the pilot ends.
Human review and customer communication
Human approval is required before customer-facing pilot drafts are sent. The participating business is responsible for recipient consent, message accuracy, business claims, contact hours, opt-outs, and actual services offered. LeadLift will not impersonate a customer or use quote, emergency, or appointment forms for sales outreach.
Data, permissions, and security
The participating business must have authority to share any lead or customer information used in the pilot. Sample or redacted leads are preferred where practical. Passwords, payment cards, government identifiers, sensitive health records, and unnecessary confidential information must not be submitted through forms, prompts, or email.
Connected services remain subject to the provider's terms and may be disconnected at any time.
LiftOff AI credits and limitations
The pilot includes 25 one-time credits that do not refill. Different tasks may use different credit amounts. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed. Image review is not a professional inspection, and public web research is not a guarantee of demand, accuracy, or contact permission.
No guaranteed result
The pilot is a limited operational test. LeadLift does not guarantee leads, replies, bookings, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, savings, or any specific business result. A recap describes observed activity and workflow readiness, not a forecast or promise.
Stopping or declining the pilot
Either side may stop the pilot at any time. LeadLift may decline, limit, or stop work involving unlawful activity, unsafe access, harassment, deceptive outreach, missing authorization, excessive scope, provider restrictions, security risk, or a workflow LeadLift cannot responsibly support.
What happens after the pilot
The pilot ends with a recap or a notice that the test has ended. No card is required and no Assist, Growth, or Scale subscription begins automatically. Paid service starts only after separate checkout or written approval. If no paid plan is selected, access and pilot records may be closed or retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Create the pilot workspace or book a short call if the source needs to be discussed first.
