01

Pilot and service questions

Use the 15-minute booking page to discuss the business, the lead source to test, and the desired workflow. Booking does not create a paid plan or guarantee pilot acceptance.

02

Account and technical support

Email hello@leadliftauto.com from the account email. Include the business name, affected page or feature, a short description, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment-card details, private medical information, or identity documents.

03

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Email hello@leadliftauto.com from the billing email. Include the business name, charge date, amount, and Stripe receipt identifier when available. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

04

Privacy requests

Email hello@leadliftauto.com with the subject "Privacy request." Identify the account or business and the requested access, correction, deletion, or information. LeadLift may verify identity and authority before acting.

05

Security and suspected abuse

Email hello@leadliftauto.com with the subject "Security report" for suspected account compromise, exposed data, abusive automation, or a vulnerability. Do not include exploit code, sensitive data, or credentials in the first message. LeadLift may request a safer follow-up method.

06

Formal service or legal notices

Send an initial notice to hello@leadliftauto.com with the subject "Formal notice." Email alone may not satisfy a legal service requirement. If a signed client agreement provides another notice method or address, that agreement controls.

07

Response times and emergencies

LeadLift reviews messages during normal business operations but does not guarantee an immediate response or continuous support. LeadLift is not an emergency service. For threats to life, safety, property, or an active crime, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority rather than LeadLift.
